Ahhh So Sotomajor

Barack Obama's choice for the supreme court Sonia Sotomajor has caused quite a controversey and I must say, I agree with her critics. Her critics say she has expressed racist feelings and statements and I agree. For her to say being a Latina and a woman makes her more qualified to judge cases better than a white male is indeed racist. If someone like Robert Alito said being a white male makes him more qualified to judge cases than a latin woman, he'd be excoriated and run out of town. Besides, 60% of her decisions have been overturned by the supreme court. Obama said he wants someone who is empathetic on the court. A judge is not supposed to be empathetic whether they be white, black, yellow or whatever. They are supposed to be objective and interpret the law. I say the same thing about her as I did for Obama. I have no qualms about having a black president or a democrat, just not this black democrat president. Well I have no qualms about a hispanic woman serving on the supreme court, just not this hispanic woman. Obama made a statement the other day when he nominated her saying, "She will bring JUSTICE to the supreme court." He emphasized the word "justice" too as if there never was justice there before. He sounded like an Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson in riot mode.

Obama himself is still untrustworthy and unsuitable to be president in my book as he moves us closer and closer to being a socialistic/fascist state and there are a lot of questions about him that have never been fully investigated. Along with the question of his birth certificate is the following information I received recently he should also answer to the American people: He should answer the following simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi in 1981?
So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later? And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A: Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities. 1. He traveled with a U.S. Passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S.. passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981. Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport. If he was traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008. Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Obama is not a natural born citizen and all three branches of government knows this, it's simply a way to change our Constitution without an amendment. There is even evidence that Obama is not even a legal American citizen. Obama and "most" all our politicians are violating our Constitution, nothing they are doing is constitutional.

Bail outs - unconstitutional
government owned auto industry - unconstitutional
firing auto companies CEOs - unconstitutional
Borrowing money from other nations - unconstitutional
Stimulus money - unconstitutional
Foreign aid - unconstitutional

However I disagree with the last one since America has always given foreign aid to other countries. France for one still owes us millions from WW11 and we give aid to every country we have been at war with to help rebuild including Iraq and Afghanistan now and Vietnam also.

Obama Says We're Out of Money

So Obama now admits we are out of money. He successfully bankrupted us in only six months. Is it any wonder with sending out stimulus checks to 10,000 dead people, sending 900 million to Hamas and 8 million to ACORN. But of course it's not his fault and he doesn't want to own the banks and auto industry and it's all because of poor decisions on health care over the last couple of decades he said. YEAH right!!!! Dick Morris was right too. All this spending will cause the feds to produce more money thus leading to inflation. There has already been articles talking about inflation slowly creeping in in banks and other places so far. How do you like all this hope and change you Obama supporters? Here's the article as it appeared on Drudge:. Obama's answers sound like real BS answers you'd see on a college kid's test paper. In fact I could give better answers than this. Check this out:

In a sobering holiday interview with C-SPAN, President Obama boldly told Americans: "We are out of money."C-SPAN host Steve Scully broke from a meek Washington press corps with probing questions for the new president.
SCULLY: You know the numbers, $1.7 trillion debt, a national deficit of $11 trillion. At what point do we run out of money?
OBAMA: Well, we are out of money now. We are operating in deep deficits, not caused by any decisions we've made on health care so far. This is a consequence of the crisis that we've seen and in fact our failure to make some good decisions on health care over the last several decades. So we've got a short-term problem, which is we had to spend a lot of money to salvage our financial system, we had to deal with the auto companies, a huge recession which drains tax revenue at the same time it's putting more pressure on governments to provide unemployment insurance or make sure that food stamps are available for people who have been laid off. So we have a short-term problem and we also have a long-term problem. The short-term problem is dwarfed by the long-term problem. And the long-term problem is Medicaid and Medicare. If we don't reduce long-term health care inflation substantially, we can't get control of the deficit. So, one option is just to do nothing. We say, well, it's too expensive for us to make some short-term investments in health care. We can't afford it. We've got this big deficit. Let's just keep the health care system that we've got now. Along that trajectory, we will see health care cost as an overall share of our federal spending grow and grow and grow and grow until essentially it consumes everything...
SCULLY: When you see GM though as “Government Motors,” you're reaction?
OBAMA: Well, you know – look we are trying to help an auto industry that is going through a combination of bad decision making over many years and an unprecedented crisis or at least a crisis we haven't seen since the 1930's. And you know the economy is going to bounce back and we want to get out of the business of helping auto companies as quickly as we can. I have got more enough to do without that. In the same way that I want to get out of the business of helping banks, but we have to make some strategic decisions about strategic industries...

SCULLY: States like California in desperate financial situation, will you be forced to bail out the states?
OBAMA: No. I think that what you're seeing in states is that anytime you got a severe recession like this, as I said before, their demands on services are higher. So, they are sending more money out. At the same time, they're bringing less tax revenue in. And that's a painful adjustment, what we're going end up seeing is lot of states making very difficult choices there...

SCULLY: William Howard Taft served on the court after his presidency, would you have any interest in being on the Supreme Court?
OBAMA: You know, I am not sure that I could get through Senate confirmation... Developing...

Bob Dylan at Newport DVD review

In a departure from my usual rants and blogs I'd thought I'd give a review of the new DVD I just purchased which is Bob Dylan at the Newport Folk Festival from 1963-1965 called The Other Side of the Mirror. I have always been a fan of the early Bob Dylan ever since he first came out, but haven't followed him for the last 20 years or so. I can still see my parents wincing every time I played his records with his scratchy, out of tune wavering voice. Now when I view these early recordings I find myself doing the wincing, particularly pronouced is when he does All I really Want to Do" when he sings "ALLLL Ah reallly want to do-o-o-o-o-o-o (in a high falsetto voice then lowering to deep bassy voice) "is baby bee fraannds with yewww" (be friends with you). He sounds much better on his studio recordings than these live performances though in later years he matured much more and does sound better in person. He does nice versions on his softer ballads though such as "It's all Over Now Baby Blue" and "Love Minus Zero No Limit" both from 1965.

Beings a writer myself I have always had an interest in Bob's talented way of juxtapositioning words and making words and putting phrases and thoughts together that don't make sense and making them sound like they are making sense. This is prevalent in the haunting love ballad "Love Minus Zero No Limit." That title alone is enough to make one say "WHAATTT?" One verse is a typical example saying: The bridge at midnight trembles/the country doctor rambles/bankers' neices seek perfection/expecting all the gifts that wise men bring/Some speak of the future/my love she speaks softly/she knows there's no success like failure/and failure's no succes at all./ See what I mean? A juxtaposition of words indeed. The song ends with just as mystifying and poeticly beautiful words 'The wind howls like a hammer/ the night blows cold and rainy/my love is like some raven/at my window with a broken wing." This video is interesting to watch with Dylan singing outside with trees blowing in back of him. It would be an even better effect if he were singing 'Blowing in the Wind"at the time.

Dylan has always been an enigma of sorts throughout his life, marching to his own drummer and constantly confounding his fans and critics. He's gone from being an avowed atheist to orthodox jew,to born again Christian, from being left leaning poet to right wing conservative and always making his music to fit his moods at the time. As Irish folk singer Tom Pacheco says in his excellent song about Dylan, "Always changing horses, but never changing streams." Yes that describes Bob alright.

Bob has always gone from the subliminal tothe sublime as in his Talking World War 111 Blues " where he dreams about walking around after WW111. One time ago a crazy dream came to me/I dreamt I was walking in World War Three/I went to the doctor the very next day/to see what kind of words he had to say/he said it was a bad dream./ I said now hold on doc a world war passed thru my brain/he said nurse grab your pad the boys insane./ The song goes on to hilariously describe his views of a world war aftermath and ends with the doctor saying "Hey I've been having the same old dream/ only I dreamt the only one left after the war was me/I didn't see you around. To which Bob replies Now time has passed and now it seems/everyone is having them dreams/everyone sees himself walking around with noone else./ It's a good DVD for anyone interested in the early Dylan Newport years. There is even a little interview with folk singer Joan Baez who was very close to Dylan at the time and Dylan singing "Blowing in the Wind" on stage with Baez, Pete Seeger and Peter Paul and Mary. It's filmed in black and white and approximately 83 minutes. Check it out. :)

Obama Throws Himself Under the Bus

For several weeks now conservative talk show hosts like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity have been saying how Obama's budget is unsustainable and will have our grandkids paying for it. Now all of a sudden Obama gives a speech at a commencement address in Arizona and says his budget is unsustainable and will have our grandkids paying for it. " We have to stop this out of control spending," he says. "We have to stop borrowing from China" he says and the mainstream media applauds him like he's some fiscally responsible person. Hey Barack baby don't give us this "WE" business. It was your administration who came up with this out of control spending that's leaving debts larger than all the presidents combined from George Washington to George Bush. It was you who approved giving 900 million to Hamas and 8 million to that corrupt organization of yours ACORN. It was you who sent Hillary to China to negotiate them loaning us money thru buying bonds from us. So don't giveus this "WE have to stop" crap.

To add insult to injury, it was revealed just recently that 10,000 stimulus checks from his budget went to dead people. YIKES!!!!!!! And people want this administration to run healthcare for them?? Dick Morris recently explained that with all the money Barack is spending, the feds have to print up more money which will lead to monumental inflation. Morris said you can expect to pay $12 for a loaf of bread. Obama also told Isreal to give half of Isreal to Palestine or forget about us supporting them. He will be meeting with Netanyahu this week at the whitehouse to discuss this. Obama is also reversing himself on Gitmo saying prisoners will stay there indefinately since they don't know what to do with them now and he will continue to hold military tribunals like Bush did. This has angered his leftist base naturally. There is a saying that says "be careful what you wish for because you just might get it." You Obama supporters are going to "get it" alright. The rest of us too. Just remember who you voted for when you are paying $12 for a loaf of bread.

Below is an article from an e-mail I was recently sent comparing the left's hypocrisy with Bush if he had done these things. Very interesting indeed.

If George W. Bush had made a joke at the expense of the Special Olympics, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had given Tony Blair a set of inexpensive and useless (to Tony Blair's UK video formatting) DVDs, when Tony Blair had given him a thoughtful and historically significant gift, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had given the Queen of England an iPod containing videos of his speeches, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had visited Austria and made reference to the non-existent "Austrian language," would you have brushed it off as a minor slip?

If George W. Bush had filled his cabinet and circle of advisers with people who cannot seem to keep current on their income taxes, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had apologized (in a begging fashion before the leads of dozens of nations) to Europeans for America for our "unconscionable attitudes” would you have approved?

If George W. Bush then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years, would you have approved?

So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive? Can't think of anything? Don't worry. He's done all this in 10 weeks -- so you'll have three years and nine-and-a-half months to come up with an answer.

Pelosigate and Other Observations

Well Well Well, little did Barack Obama realize what a big can of worms he opened up in releaseing the torture memos. The idea was to blame the previous administration and attack republicans, but instead it turned around and bit the high ranking dems right in their collective asses. Starting with Nancy Pelosi who denied she knew anything about enhanced interrogations then changed her story five times and now wants to have a truth commision established to get to the bottom of this and investigate everyone except her. The only problem is that she can't investigate herself. She even went as far as accusing the CIA of lying. Watch her nose grow.

At her press conferance today Ms.Pelosi had to read her statement and I understand she stuttered and twitched thru her statements and answers. I saw her even step away from the podium angrily pointing her finger at the press and chastising them. If a person is telling the truth they don't have to read a statement and show such body language as stuttering and twitching which are all indictative of someone lying.

Charles Chuckie Schmuckie Schumer is another one. He attacked republicans over the enhanced interrogations and now a film of him saying to do whatever it takes to get info from an accused terrorist is released on the internet. They all knew and went along with it. Nancy Pelosi is calling it a crime and since she knew and went along with it at the time that makes her an accessory to the crime. There is talk she may have to step down and I understand there is a real power grab behind the scenes. The only reason Obama flip flopped and decided not to release the photos of the torture as he said he would is because of the Pelosi flap and it's good for him politcally and it's becoming a distraction of his healthcare Obamacare plan. They are playing politcs with our security and that's the real crime. It's on their heads now if anything else happens and lives are lost from a terror attack.

These dems are trying to say waterboarding doesn't work and their is no proof it saved lives. However George Tenet said it did and said there is a report saying so as did Dick Cheney and the current CIA director. Obama won't relase those reports naturally. Dick Morris revealed at the beginning that waterboarding Khaliel Sheik Mohammed revealed a plot to attack the office tower in Los Angeles with hijacked airplanes. Up until that time before waterboarding all he said when asked what was being planned was "Wait and see." If we didn't waterboard him then thousands of lives would have been lost. Another terrorist, Abu Zabada who was behind the USS Cole attacks, was waterboarded and he revealed a plot to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge. The CIA went to the apartment of the person Zapada named and diagrams of the Brooklyn Bridge were found along with explosives and the guy was arrested. So don't tell me waterboarding doesn't work and is torture. Besides, I have no qualms about torturing even worse than waterboarding the person behind the attack that killed 3000 Americans.

Today on Sean Hannity's radios how Sean interviewed congressman John Beyner about releasing the memos that showed how lives were saved. Beyner said he personally asked Obama if he was going to release those memos and he said Obama's response was "Oh are you carrying Dick Cheney's water for him?" What an arrogant bastard, but we know that already.........Speaking of Obama care. Obama is considering taxing soda and potato chips as well as other items to pay for healthcare. They are also talking about taking away the tax deductions employers have when giving benefits to employees and taxing benefits employees receive. If this keeps up they'll be taxing hospital and healthcare bills next......In December when I stopped at my regular gas station and the price of gas was coming down, the attendant told me he's been in the business for twenty years and at the end of every administration gas prices go down and as soon as the new guy gets in they go up again. He was so right. Gas is now going up again and up to $2.13 here so far. During the campaign Obama said he "had no problem with gas going up to $4.00 it just got there too fast." What an arrogant bastard.

New Star Trek Film Review

I have just returned from seeing the new Star Trek movie which was released this week and I must say it is two thumbs up, way up. What makes this one so different from the other previous movie releases is that this one deals with a whole new cast depicting our familiar characters of Spock, Kirk, McCoy, Uhura and Scotty at their humble beginnings and how they met and joined together. The director did an excellent choice of picking people who look and act like they would at that age even showing their mannerisms we've become familiar with over the years. Spock with his stern, unemotional Vulcan side with hints of emotion from his human mother's side, Kirk's romancing women thru the galaxy and his wise cracking, but firm decision making in times of crisis and Dr. McCoy's feistiness. McCoy is my favorite even looking identical to a young DeForest Kelly from the original and sporting his familiar dialogue of "Dammit Spock I'm a physician not a physicist" when Spock gets too technical in his descriptions of what is happening. Leonard Nimoy as the original Spock shows up in a time transference sequence to come back in time to the young Kirk and help prevent things from happening. The only character I didn't care for was the young Chekov. His Russian accent was too forced and contrived and could have been less pronounced and I would have liked him better if he had his usual straight dark hair instead of a curly reddish brown haircut.

The story concerns a Romulan leader named Nero who also jouneys back into time after his planet is destroyed by what he thinks is Spock's fault. His plan is to destroy all the planets that have Star Fleet associates living on them, especially Spock's planet Vulcan by drilling a huge hole in them from space with a special drill from his ship in space and creating a black hole they are sucked thru and destroyed. Newcomer Eric Bana plays Nero to the max as an evil, sadistic, menacing Romulan warrior captain of his ship bent soley on revenge and destruction. This is highly reminiscent of the Wrath of khan film with a villain out for revenge with those pesky mind parsites to make you talk.
The special effects are outstanding computer generated ,of course, as everything is these days and you don't have to be a fan of the series to enjoy this even though there are a few references to the original series such as Kirk cheating on the Kobyashi Maru test (which is a simulation exam he takes as young cadet programmed by Spock to qualify for a starship) and serving under Captain Chistopher Pike who was the original captain of the Enterprise before Kirk. The first Star Trek episode back in the 60's centered around Capt. Pike. I never have been a "trekkie"and never went to any of their conventions and I myself didn't get into the series until about the third time around in reruns, but this is thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. Take it from me. Live long and prosper.

Media Orgasms and Hypocrisy Over Obama

Obama tells Isreal to give half of Isreal over to the Palestinians or forget our support, he cozys up to dictators like the Castro brothers and Chavez, bows to the Saudi King, but what does the media concentrate on? They are having orgasms over the fact that he and Biden go out and have a burger together. One reporterette had the over excited, emotional announcement that this signals the end of the recession. What an idiot! Never mind the fact that the next night he went back to having his weekly get togethers featuring $100 steaks for everyone. If this were George Bush they'd be crying how out of touch with the people he is and how he's forsaking Isreal etc, but now that their guy is in they are ignoring the dangers and having touchy feelings all over them or in the words of Chris Mathews, "having tingly feelings running up and down their legs." They rave over the fact he has a dog. How romantic it is that he and his wife hold hands while they stroll around the whitehouse grounds together and have date nights and how she's the most glamourous first lady ever. It sounds like they are writing a Harlequin romance novel.

On Veterans Day during his campaign he referred to it as Memorial Day and said he was "honoring many of our fallen veterans many of which are here today." Speaking to a Hispanic group he referred to Cinco de Mayo as "Cinco de quatro." he stutters and stammers and makes gaffes if his telepromter isn't there and the media naturally makes excuses for him every time saying how smart he is and how he's the smartest president we've ever had etc. If this were Bush he'd be excoriated and raked over the coals.

Joe Biden is another one who can't stop making gaffes. In fact everything out of his mouth is one big gaffe. He tells a paraplegic congressman to stand up and take a bow, says that FDR gave his state of the union speeches on TV when TV wasn't invented yet, didn't know the address of the website he's in charge of and during the swine flu created panic he advised people to stay out of trains and buses and proceeded to take the train home after that speech. If this were Bush and Cheney they'd be slamming them all thru the media and writing books on how stupid they are, but here they just laugh and say how wonderful they are and that Joe has such a great sense of humor.

Their followers are all mind numb robots too. I've heard callers to Sean Hannity's show complain to him that he should refer to Obama as the president and not the "annointed one" as Sean humorously does. Sean quickly reminds them of how they created all these lies about Bush and called him names like a war criminal and worse. He then plays his montage of people and the media mushing over Obama saying how they won't have to pay their mortgages anymore and he'll pay their gas for them, George Stephanopoulus crying and shedding tears over his election, Chris Mathews talking about the tingling feelings he gets up and down his leg over Obama and on and on etc. all while Lionel Ritchie's song "Endless Love " is playing over it.. Bernard Goldberg's latest book title says it all "A Slobbering Love Affair:The True and Pathetic Story of the Torrid Romance Between Barack Obama and the Mainstream Media." Meanwhile the real danger lurks. Obama creating debts that are greater than all the debts combined from George Washington to George Bush thus causing people not even born yet to inherit big debts to pay off, He's weakening our defenses by scaling back on our missile shields just when North Korea fires a missile over Japan and says they can reach the U.S., warning Isreal not to attack Iran and telling them to secede half of Isreal to Palestine or we won't support them and increasing the size of government by leaps and bounds. Is this the change people voted for? If so, then it's only going to get worse.

Despicable, Lowlife Arlen Specter Defector

That despicable, lowlife senator Arlen Spector had the unmitigated gall to say an unconciousable, denigrating statement accusing GOP policies opposing Nixon's policies on cancer for causing Jack kemp's death. This is proposterous. Imagine how Jack's family must feel. If that were true Specter would be dead now too. I for one am glad he's not with the republicans anymore. He belongs with the other low life dems like him. But since we're going down that road then I say the dems via George Soros and Hillary Clinton contributed to Don Imus' cancer. How you say? Just follow me here: Don Imus was diagnosed with his cancer not long after his tumultous saga resulting from his statement about the Rutger's girls basketball team calling them "nappy haired ho's". One of the main causes of cancer is stress and diet and since Imus said he's been on a high vegetarian diet for the last nine years, it must have come from stress.

The stress he was under from the fallout from that statement must have been horrendous. It was a group called Media Matters that first broadcast his statement to the world. Media Matters is a media watchdog group started by David Brock and Hillary Clinton and funded by George Soros. They go after conservative media programs. Imus made his statement between 6 and 7 a.m. when not many were listening to him. Media Matters broadcast it to the world and the rest is history. Imus was blasted from one end to the other all over the place. The stress from that action from a group started by Hillary and the dems caused Imus' cancer. Well turnabout is fair play.

Below is a listing from John Hopkins University that offers alternatives and some good advice in fending off certain cancers.:

Message from Johns Hopkins University Medical
AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY . Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins : 1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size. 2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime. 3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors. 4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors. 5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system. 6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc. 7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs. 8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction. 9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, h ence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications. 10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.. 11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply. *CANCER CELLS FEED ON: a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt. b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved. c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is=2 0best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer. d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C). e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it. 12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup. 13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells. 14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells. 15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior b e a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life. 16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells. 1. No plastic containers in micro. 2. No water bottles in freezer. 3. No plastic wrap in microwave. Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releas es dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin.
