Ahhh So Sotomajor

Barack Obama's choice for the supreme court Sonia Sotomajor has caused quite a controversey and I must say, I agree with her critics. Her critics say she has expressed racist feelings and statements and I agree. For her to say being a Latina and a woman makes her more qualified to judge cases better than a white male is indeed racist. If someone like Robert Alito said being a white male makes him more qualified to judge cases than a latin woman, he'd be excoriated and run out of town. Besides, 60% of her decisions have been overturned by the supreme court. Obama said he wants someone who is empathetic on the court. A judge is not supposed to be empathetic whether they be white, black, yellow or whatever. They are supposed to be objective and interpret the law. I say the same thing about her as I did for Obama. I have no qualms about having a black president or a democrat, just not this black democrat president. Well I have no qualms about a hispanic woman serving on the supreme court, just not this hispanic woman. Obama made a statement the other day when he nominated her saying, "She will bring JUSTICE to the supreme court." He emphasized the word "justice" too as if there never was justice there before. He sounded like an Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson in riot mode.

Obama himself is still untrustworthy and unsuitable to be president in my book as he moves us closer and closer to being a socialistic/fascist state and there are a lot of questions about him that have never been fully investigated. Along with the question of his birth certificate is the following information I received recently he should also answer to the American people: He should answer the following simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi in 1981?
So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later? And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A: Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities. 1. He traveled with a U.S. Passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S.. passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981. Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport. If he was traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008. Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Obama is not a natural born citizen and all three branches of government knows this, it's simply a way to change our Constitution without an amendment. There is even evidence that Obama is not even a legal American citizen. Obama and "most" all our politicians are violating our Constitution, nothing they are doing is constitutional.

Bail outs - unconstitutional
government owned auto industry - unconstitutional
firing auto companies CEOs - unconstitutional
Borrowing money from other nations - unconstitutional
Stimulus money - unconstitutional
Foreign aid - unconstitutional

However I disagree with the last one since America has always given foreign aid to other countries. France for one still owes us millions from WW11 and we give aid to every country we have been at war with to help rebuild including Iraq and Afghanistan now and Vietnam also.
