When Obama called Bush, Bush said he'd been relaxing and playing golf for the past few months. Obama replied, "You too?"-------Jay Leno

When I heard Obama's speech last week he stated that although he and Bush disagreed about the war you had to admire his love of the military and his country. (Well we already knew that. He didn't have to repeat it) As if he was saying,"I don't love this country and I hate the military." I notice when he salutes a military person when coming off Air Foirce One it's a half assed salute and very off handish and clumsy looking. Check it out next time........When liberals complain about the cost of the Iraq war, just remind them that Obama's stimulus package cost more than the iraq war and his spending is out of control and ruining us:
"Relative to the size of the economy, this year's deficit is expected to be the second largest shortfall in the past 65 years; 9.1 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), exceeded only by last year's deficit of 9.9 percent of GDP," CBO wrote.
The CBO figures show that the most expensive year of the Iraq war was in 2008, the year when the surge proposed by Gen. David Petraeus and approved by President Bush was in full swing and the turning point in the war. The total cost of Iraq operations in 2008 was $140 billion. In 2007, the cost of Iraq operations was $124 billion.

When Bush left office the debt was just a little less than a trillion and the deficit was 500 billion. Since Obama has been in office the deficit is two trillion and the debt is 10 trillion ,but just blame it on Bush. .........Obama is taking another vacation at Camp David this time over the Labor Day week-end. Ordinarily I'd have no problem with that as it is a holiday and most workers take off then, but this is his seventh vacation in nine months. It seems he likes all the perks of being president,but not the job itself. I wsh I could take seven vacations in nine months from my job.
