Now that the Republicans have passed the tax cuts that Obama was so dead set against, instead of saying this is a good thing for the country (which he did say) he has to add that he is being taken hostage by the republicans and they are the hostage takers. He tells his party that you don't deal with hostage takers unless the hostage is hurt. I take it he is referring to himself here since everything is always about him anyway. This is another demonstration of his weakness as a president and as a man. It's no wonder the rest of the world looks at us as weak now which is what he wants. What a wuss!!!!! As Reagan once said,"Weakness invites aggression. Peace through strength" which is the opposite of what we have now. Man up O and say this is what's best for America. To be mad that you didn't raise taxes on the rich is class warefare.
The rich have been taxed to death in all the previous administrations. They are the ones who keep this economy going. The rich aren't people like Disney's Uncle Scrooge sitting around on stacks of money counting it all day. The rich are people who own companies and hire people and give raises. The libs are crying about the lack of jobs now, well lower taxes and you will see how fast jobs become available. Reagan lowered taxes substantially and created 20 million new jobs. He had the best economy and everyone did better, even the poor because the rich donated substantially to charites. The rich buy yachts, expensive jewelry and invest in realestate and that all goes back into the economy. When you tax them on those things they stop buying and hiring and the economy suffers. The rich are people who work six and seven days a week sometimes 10-12 hours a day and don't take vacations. Why should a person who works that hard be taxed so much. Right now 20% of the population pay 90% of the taxes.
I am a big fan of Dancing With the Stars and this season I was rooting for Jennifer Grey. I was glad she won because she had a lot of adverse things in her life and currently like having a few cancerous cells removed from her neck, hurt ankles and slipped discs in her back the day of the finals. So I was glad she won. Now an interviewer askes how she felt beating a Palin and she replies,"It felt damn good." I lost all respect for her with that statement. She was up against Bristol Palin, Sarah's daughter (who has been receiving a lot of flack lately) and the interviewer set her up by saying she accomplished what Obama and Joe Biden did by beating a Palin. First of all, that was unfair question besides being inaccurate and a set up because Sarah wasn't running, McCaine was. The interviewer made it sound like they were running against Sarah. Probably because there is so much talk now about Sarah ruining in the next election, but for Jennifer to respond that way was just mean spirited and unprofessional in my book. Check out the interview below:

There's a bit more to the Jennifer Grey interview than the short, half-minute interview from the link. See the following:
